Client Tools

PCS is proud to offer our clients a convenient and efficient online account management system called Client Tools. The free Client Tools utility enables clients to manage their accounts online at their convenience with a dedicated support team available only a phone call away. Client Tools gives clients instant access to monitor and control collection activity with the ability to:

• Upload or manually list new accounts
• View accounts online, including account history notes
• Report payments and insurance adjustments
• Request to cancel accounts, or place accounts on hold
• View and customize reports
• Communicate securely and exchange files with PCS staff
