VP of Legal Operations
Though Juanita’s focus in college was banking and finance, it’s her hands-on experience as an employee of Professional (since 2004) that gives her the expertise to head up our Legal Department. She provides supervisors with the support they need to optimize recovery processes and ensure compliance with our mission, vision, and values is maintained. She holds certifications from ACA International as a Healthcare Collection Manager, as well as a Professional Collection Specialist. Juanita is also active in the Professional Women of the Collections and Call Center Industries, an organization that promotes women in this workspace.
